Zusammenfassung

Beschreibung der Verknöcherung des Ligamentum popliteum obliquum, die sowohl als Zufallsbefund erhoben als auch im Anschluß an einen Riß des inneren Knieseitenbandes gefunden wurde. In differentialdiagnostischer Hinsicht sind die Verknöcherungen des Lig. popliteum obliquum gegen Verknöcherungen des hinteren Kreuzbandes abzugrenzen.

Summary

The author describes ossification in the ligamentum popliteum obliquum found accidentally as well as following a tear of the medial collateral ligament of the knee. This form of ossification must be differentiated from ossification in the posterior cruciate ligament.

Description de l'ossification du tendon récurrent du demi-membraneux (ligament poplité oblique), qui se rencontre aussi bien occasionnellement qu'à la suite d'une déchirure du ligament latéral interne du genou. Pour le diagnostic différentiel il est utile de différencier l'ossification du tendon récurrent du demi-membraneux de celle du ligament croisé postérieur.

Descripción de la osificación del ligamentum popliteum obliquum que se encuentra, tanto como dato exploratorio casual, como después de una ruptura de la banda lateral interna de la rodilla. Desde el punto de vista del diagnóstico diferencial hay que delimitar las osificaciones del ligamentum poplíteo oblicuo de las osificaciones de la banda cruzada posterior.
