Zusammenfassung

Bericht über Erfahrungen mit Gastrografin und Gastrografin-Bariumsulfat-Gemischen bei 117 Patienten. Berücksichtigt wurden Unterschiede in der Reaktion und Darstellung einzelner Abschnitte des Magen-Darm-Traktes sowie in der Passagezeit gegenüber dem reinen Barium. Hinweis auf Indikationen und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten auf Grund von Literaturangaben und eigenen Erfahrungen.

Summary

The experience gained by the use of Gastrografin and of a Gastrografin-barium sulphate mixture in 117 patients is reported. Reference is made to the difference in the reaction and to the demonstration of individual portions of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as to the rate of transit using these substances compared with pure barium. The indications and usefulness of Gastrografin are described with reference to the literature and to the authors' own experience.

Communication des expériences effectuées avec le Gastrografin et des mélanges de suspensions de sulfate de barium et de Gastrografin chez 117 malades. Les auteurs ont étudié tout particulièrement les différences dans les réactions et dans l'illustration de chaque portion du tube digestif, ainsi que la durée du passage par rapport à celui du sulfate de barium. ils nous livrent des indications et les possibilités d'utilisation de cette substance en se basant sur les données de la littérature et sur leurs propres expériences.

Se trata de un relato sobre experiencias hechas con Gastrografin y Gastrografin con mezclas de sulfato de bario en 117 enfermos. Son recalcadas en forma especial diferencias en la reacción y la representación de los distintos segmentos del tracto gastrointestinal y en el tiempo de pasaje en comparación con el bario puro. Se hace hincapié sobre las indicaciones y posibilidades de empleo a base de datos bibliográficos y experiencias propias.
