Beitrag zur Differentialdiagnose verdrängender Mediastinalprozesse

Zusammenfassung

Es werden drei verschiedene Mediastinaltumoren (Teratom, Hämangioendotheliom der Schilddrüse, Struma intrathoracalis) und ihre differentialdiagnostischen Probleme besprochen. In einem Fall führte die Anwendung des Pneumomediastinums nach Condorelli zur Diagnose.

Summary

Three different mediastinal tumours (teratoma, haemangioendothelioma of the thyroid and intrathoracic thyroid) and the problems of their differential diagnosis are discussed. In one case the use of a pneumomedia-stinum (as described by Condorelli) led to a diagnosis.

Exposition de trois différentes tumeurs du médiastin (dysembryome, hémangio-endothéliome de la thyroïde, goitre intrathoracique) et discussion des problèmes qu'ils posent au point de vue du diagnostic différentiel. L'utilisation d'un pneumomédiastin d'après Condorelli permit de poser le diagnostic dans un cas.

Se describen tres tipos distintos de tumores del mediastino (teratoma, hemangioendotelioma de la tiroides y tiroides torácico), discutiéndose su problemática diagnóstico-diferencial. En un caso, el empleo delneumomedias-tino según Condorelli, llevó al diagnóstico.
