Auswirkungen einer Sectio auf Bonding und Stillen

Seit 30 Jahren wissen wir, dass der Stillbeginn nach einer Sectio häufig erschwert ist, weil natürliche Abläufe unterbrochen werden oder nicht stattfinden. Auch wenn die physiologischen Zusammenhänge schon lange bekannt sind, sollten wir nicht müde werden, die Eltern im Rahmen der Geburtsvorbereitung und in den Vorgesprächen vor der Geburt auch über die Konsequenzen einer Sectio für das Bonding und Stillen aufzuklären. In diesem Artikel werden alle wesentlichen Aspekte für die Elternberatung noch einmal zusammengefasst.
