Die Doppelkontrastarthrographie des Kniegelenkes

Zusammenfassung

In der vorliegenden Arbeit, welche sich auf eine Erfahrung an 400 Fällen gründet, ist die Arthrographie des Kniegelenkes mit der Doppelkontrastmethode beschrieben. Der Methodik sowie der Darstellung normaler und der Beurteilung pathologischer Arthrogramme wird besonderes Augenmerk geschenkt.

Summary

Based on 400 cases the present paper gives a description of the arthrography of the knee joint with the double-contrast method. Besides the technique special attention is given to the recognition of normal and pathological arthrograms.

Ce travail décrit l'arthrographie du genou avec la méthode à double contraste, telle qu'elle a été utilisée dans 400 cas. Une attention toute spéciale est apportée à la technique et à l'illustration d'arthrographies normales et à l'interprétation d'arthrographies pathologiques.
