Zusammenfassung

Es werden nach Sekretionshemmung durch 1,0 mg Atropin. sulfur, (sc.)und Anästhesie von Hypopharynx, Larynx und Trachea mit 2%igem Pantocain 7—10 ccm 70%iges Joduron in den Larynx eingesprayt und dann 2 Aufnahmeserien mit sagittalem Strahlengang — in Ruhe und bei Phonation — gemacht. Schichttiefe 1,0 bis 4,0 cm (Haut über dem Pomum Adami = 0,0); Abstand 0,5 cm; Format 13:18 cm; 65 kV; 1,2 Sec; 160 mA.

Gegebenenfalls wird zwischen diesen beiden Serien noch eine mit frontalem Strahlengang angefertigt. Dabei wird der Abstand zwischen den Cornua hyoidea in 0,5 cm Abstand geschichtet; Format 13:18 cm; 56 kV; 1,2 Sec; 160 mA.

Eine kurze Kasuistik demonstriert die Leistungsfähigkeit der Methode.

Summary

After stopping secretions by 1,0 mg atropin sulfate and anaesthezizing the hypopharynx, larynx and trachea with 2% pantocain, 7—10 cc. of 70% ioduron are sprayed into the larynx and two series of tomographs are taken in a sagittal direction, one with movement and one on phonation. The cuts are carried out within a depth range of 1—4 cms below the skm over the adams apple, the distance between the planes being 0,5 cms. Film size 13 cms × 18 cms, 65 kV, 1,2 secs, 160 mA.

When necessary another series is taken in a frontal direction. With this series tomographs are taken between the cornua of the hyoid bone in steps of 0,5 cms. Film size 13 cms × 18 cms, 1,2 secs, 56 kV, 160 m A.

A short discussion of cases demonstrates the effectiveness of the method.

L'auteur utilise une injection sous-cutanée de 1,0 mg de sulfate d'atropine pour diminuer la sécrétion et une anesthésie de l'hypopharynx, du larynx et de la trachée avec de la pantocaine à 2%, puis il injecte 7 à 10cm³de Ioduron à 70% dans le larynx, enfin il effectue deux séries — repos et phonation —- de radiographies p.-a. Niveau des coupes 1,0 à 4,0 cm (peau-pomme d'Adam = 0,0 cm); distance 0,5 cm; format 13/18; 65 kV; temps 1,2 sec; 160 mA. S'il est nécessaire on peut effectuer entre les deux séries un examen latéro-latéral, on prend alors des coupes distantes de 0,5 cm entre les grandes cornes de l'hyoide; format 13/18 cm; 56 kV; temps 1,2 sec; 160 mA.

Después de inhibir la secreción por 1 mg. de sulfato de atropina (por vía subcutánea) y anestesia de la hipofaringe, laringe y tráquea con 7 a 10 c. c. de una solución de pantocaína al 2%, se procede a la nebulización de la laringe con Jodurón al 70%, tomándose 2 series de radiografías en reposo y durante la fonación. Las tomografías se tomarán a 1 y 4 cm. a partir de la piel que cubre la nuez de Adán = 0,0; distancia 0,5 cm.; tamaño de film 13 × 18 cm.; 65 kV, 1,2 segundos; 160 mA.

Eventualmente se tomarán entre ambas series también una de frente. En este caso se toma la distancia entre las astas del hueso hioides a 0,5 cm.; tamaño del film 13 × 18 cm.; 56 kV; 1,2 segundos; 160 mA.
