Summary

Sublethally irradiated C57B1/6 mice (whole body irradiation with 600 cGy) were treated with or without diacetyl splenopentin and compared for their capacity to produce antibodies against target sheep red blood cells. As demonstrated, mice treated with splenopentin produced antibodies earlier and in a higher level than animals untreated.
