The Adaptability of Homeoprophylaxis in Endemic, Epidemic and Stable Background Conditions

Summary
Nosodes 2008, the International Meeting on Homeoprophylaxis, Homeopathic Immunisation and Nosodes Against Epidemics was held in Havana, Cuba, from 10th to 12th December, 2008. It was hosted by Dr Concepción Campa Huergo, President and Director General of the Carlos J Finlay Institute in Cuba. Speakers from ten countries on five continents presented papers relating to all aspects of homeoprophylaxis (HP). Leo van Gelder presented a short report on the conference in Links issue June 2009. In this paper some of the presentations will be discussed in more detail and the usefulness of homeoprophylaxis in a variety of endemic, epidemic and stable conditions described.
