Löfgren-Syndrom (akuter Morbus Boeck) mit Polyneuritis

Zusammenfassung

Bei einer Patientin konnte hinter dem initialen Krankheitsbild einer peripheren Polyneuritis ein Löfgren-Syndrom diagnostiziert werden. Soweit wir die Literatur übersehen, sind bisher Polyneuritiden nur bei chronischen, nicht jedoch akuten Sarkoidose-Erkrankungen bekanntgeworden. Polyneuritis und Löfgren-Syndrom des hier beschriebenen Falles wurden als pathogenetische Einheit aufgefaßt. Dem entsprach der günstige Krankheitsverlauf mit einer Restitutio ad integrum.

Summary

A 20-year-old woman presenting with the clinical features of peripheral neuritis was found to have the acute form of Boeck's sarcoid (Löfgren's syndrome). Cases of association of polyneuritis and Boeck's sarcoid have previously been reported only in the chronic form. In the present case the polyneuritis and Löfgren's syndrome are taken to be part of one pathogenetic entity. This view is supported by the favourable course with complete restitution to normal.

Síndrome de Löfgren (morbo Boeck agudo) con polineuritis

En una paciente pudo diagnosticarse un síndrome de Löfgren tras el cuadro clínico inicial de una polineuritis periférica. Por lo que vemos en la literatura, hasta ahora sólo han sido comunicadas polineuritis en las sarcoidosis crónicas pero no en las agudas. La polineuritis y el síndrome de Löfgren del caso aquí descrito se interpretaron como una unidad patogenética. A esto correspondió el curso favorable de la enfermedad con una restitutio ad integrum.
