Imitierter Zentralarterienverschluss bei präretinaler Blutung

Hintergrund

Ein Zentralarterienverschluss ist gekennzeichnet durch ein Netzhautödem mit einem kirschroten Fleck. Dabei tritt in der Regel eine ausgeprägte Visusminderung oder Erblindung plötzlich ein [4]. Wir beschreiben eine Patientin mit präretinaler Blutung, die zunächst einem Zentralarterienverschluss sehr ähnlich sah.
