Orale Impfungen gegen Poliomyelitis mit trivalenten Impfstoffen

Zusammenfassung

Durch Auswertung von 104 Serumpaaren von Impflingen im Alter von drei Monaten bis zehn Jahren wurde untersucht, ob eine ausreichende Immunität gegen die drei Typen des Poliovirus schon durch zweimalige Gabe einer trivalenten Oralvakzine erreicht werden kann. Es zeigte sich, daß die Antikörperbildung gegen die Virustypen I und II sehr gut, gegen den Typ III jedoch unzureichend ist.

Sera from 104 subjects, aged three months to ten years, were tested for polio antibodies before and after oral administration of trivalent vaccines, given in two doses, the second serum sample being taken four weeks after administration of the second dose. Antibody formation against virus types I and II was very good, that against type III inadequate.

Vacunaciones orales antipoliomielíticas con vacunas trivalentes

Valorando 104 pares de sueros de vacunados en edades de 3 meses a 10 años se analiza, si se puede alcanzar ya por una segunda dosis de una vacuna oral trivalente una inmunidad suficiente frente a los tres tipos de virus poliomielíticos. Se encontró que la formación de anticuerpos frente a los tipos de virus I y II es muy buena, pero insuficiente frente al tipo III.
