Zusammenfassung

An sieben Patienten wurde die Möglichkeit einer Kombination von retrograder Pankreaticographie und Coeliacographie erfolgreich erprobt. Im Falle eines kleinen, nicht metastasierenden Pankreaskopfkarzinoms wurde ein diagnostischer Informationsgewinn erzielt. Die gleichzeitige Darstellung des Ductus Wirsungianus und der Pankreasgefäße läßt die angiographisch mögliche Parenchymdarstellung der Drüse besser hervortreten. Dies eröffnet neue Möglichkeiten der Pankreasdarstellung bei gezielten Indikationen.

Summary

Combined retrograde pancreaticography and coeliacography were successfully used in seven patients to visualize the pancreas. Diagnostically important information was obtained in the case of a small non-metastasizing carcinoma of the head of the pancreas. The simultaneous demonstration of Wirsung's duct and the pancreatic vessels makes it possible better to demonstrate the angiographic appearance of the pancreatic parenchyma. In select cases this combination of techniques provides new opportunities for demonstrating the pancreas.
