Zusammenfassung

Von 94 Patienten mit autoptisch gesichertem Pankreaskarzinom wurde bei 18 zu Lebzeiten ein primäres zentrales Bronchuskarzinom angenommen und entsprechend behandelt. Die Diagnose stützte sich auf die klinischen Symptome, auf die Ergebnisse der Thorax-Röntgen-Untersuchung einschließlich Tomographie sowie der Lupenperfusionsszintigraphie und der Bronchoskopie mitsamt histologischem und (oder) zytologischem Befund.

Summary

Among a group of 94 patients with carcinoma of the pancreas, confirmed at necropsy, 18 had been diagnosed as having a primary carcinoma of the bronchus and had been treated accordingly. The diagnosis had been made from clinical signs, the results of radiological examination of the thorax, including tomography and lung scanning and bronchoscopy, as well as histological and (or) cytological examination.
