Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 60jährigen Mann mit Goodpasture-Syndrom beobachteten wir im Anschluß an eine offene Nierenbiopsie herdförmige Ulzerationen des Coecum mit Perforation. Das ungewöhnliche Zusammentreffen einer postoperativen Darmatonie bei Coecum mobile mit einer fibrinoiden, nekrotisierenden Vaskulitis der Ileocoecalregion hatte in diesem Fall die Perforation herbeigeführt.

Summary

Focal ulcerations of the caecum with perforation were seen at laparotomy in a 60-year-old patient with Goodpasture's syndrome confirmed by an open renal biopsy. The unusual coincidence of postoperative intestinal atonia in a case of mobile caecum with fibrinoid necrotizing vasculitis in the ileocaecal region was the cause of the perforation.
