Chromoendoscopy

This text was the result of consensus meeting in April 2007, in Porto, Portugal, organized by the Sociedade Portuguesa de Endoscopia Digestiva (SPED). For each GI segment (Esophagus, stomach and colon) questions concerning validity and adequacy of the different type of studies assessing the use of chromoendoscopy and magnification chromoendoscopy were answered by the following panel: José Soares e Mário Dinis Ribeiro (SPED); Nuno Mesquita, Pedro Amaro, Miguel Areia, Paulo Fidalgo, António Dias Pereira e Susana Mão de Ferro, Paulo Ratilal, Pedro Pereira, João Carvalho, Luisa Proença e Ana Paula, Marta Salgado, Luís Lobo e Miguel Mascarenhas, José Cotter, Ricardo Freire, Luĩs Filipe Azevedo; António Curado, António Marques.
