Summary

The glyceride structure of five seed oils belonging to five families is reported. The pancreatic lipase hydrolysis technique in conjunction with gas liquid chromatography was followed. From the data obtained the distribution of the fatty acids within the glyceride moieties was computed according to Co lem an (1961).

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Glyceridstruktur der Samenöle aus Psidium guajava, Malva parviflora, Vitis vinifera, Trifolium alexandrinum und Luffa cylindrica berichtet. Durch Anwendung von Hydrolyse mit Pancreaslipasen in Verbindung mit Gaschromatographie wurde die Verteilung der Fettsäuren in den Glyceridanteilen bestimmt.
