Summary

An initially unrecognized endoscopic perforation of the hypopharynx provided a rare photographic record of endoscopic appearances from within the mediastinum. The problem of endoscopic perforations is briefly reviewed and analyzed.

Zusammenfassung

Eine anfänglich nicht erkannte endoskopische Perforation des Hypopharynx führte zu seltenen Photoaufnahmen des endoskopischen Aspekts des Mediastinums. Das Problem der endoskopischen Perforation wird kurz dargestellt und analysiert.
