Zusammenfassung

Je kleiner der Innenwiderstand von QRS-inhibierten oder -synchronisierten Schrittmachern, um so h?her ist die f?r die Steuerung ben?tigte Energie. Eine Methode zur Messung dieses Widerstandes f?r Schrittmacher ist beschrieben. Die Widerst?nde f?r mehrere Typen wurden bestimmt. Es ist unerl??lich, ein intrakardiales EKG mit einem dem Schrittmacher entsprechenden Widerstand belastet zu schreiben.

Summary

As smaller the inputimpedance of a QRS-inhibited or synchronous pacemaker as higher the necessary energy for regulation. A method for measurement of inputimpedance of pacemakers is described. These impedances from several types are determined. It is a necessity to lead an intracardial ECG with a loading resistor like the used pacemaker.
