Augmentation by Dihydroergotamine of Lipolysis Stimulated by Whole and Pepsin-Digested Human Growth Hormone[*]

Abstract
Dihydroergotamine was found to significantly enhance the lipolytic response of rat adipocytes and tissue sements to human growth hormone, whether whole or pepsin-digested. The effect was dexamethasone dependent, and was inhibited by cycloheximide.
