Rezidiv-Operation bei thorakalem Bandscheibenvorfall

Zusammenfassung

Thorakale Bandscheibenvorfälle stellen eine selten diagnostizierte Erkrankung dar. Um so bemerkenswerter sind Fälle von sogenannten Rezidiven nach thorakalen Bandscheiben-Operationen, wie im vorliegenden Fall, bei dem vier Jahre nach der Erstoperation bei Th 11/12 rechts Bandscheibenvorfälle Th 10/11 und Th 11/12 rechts ausgeräumt wurden.

Summary

Thoracic intervertebral disc herniation is a seldomly diagnosted disease. Therefore cases of re-operations in thoracic intervertebral disc protrusions are remarkable: Our patient was operated upon disc protrusions at Th 10/11 and Th 11/12 after a first operation at Th 11/12 four years ago.

Reopération d'une hernie discale thoracale.

On ne trouve que rarement des hernies discales de la colonne vertebrale an niveau du thorax. Ces cas méritent donc un intérét spécial, surtout s'il s'agit de récidives. Notre cas a été opéré il y a quatre ans pour hernie discale entre th 11/12; la réopération révela une hernie entre th 11/12 et de nouveau entre th 10/11.
