Abstract

Fitting children with hearing aids has always been a challange. Today, children with hearing loss are being identified at younger ages. Hearing aid technology continues to evolve and improve. Many of these improvements can be specifically important when fitting hearing aids to children. This article outlines how programmable technology may be of benefit when fitting small children with hearing aids.
