Multidimensionales Assessment – Sport- und bewegungstherapeutische Tests bei Long und Post Covid
Authors
Menschen mit Long-/Post-Covid-Syndrom leiden unter abnormer Erschöpfung, Schlafstörungen, Atemlosigkeit sowie Gelenk- und Thoraxschmerzen. Angesichts dramatischer Fallzahlen sind nebenwirkungsarme Therapiemaßnahmen elementar. Eine erfolgversprechende Option bietet die Rehabilitation mit individualisierter Sport-/Bewegungstherapie. Ein multidimensionales Assessment erfasst Symptomatik und Belastungsintoleranz und bildet die Basis für die Therapie.
