Authors
Hand- und Handgelenksverletzungen zählen zu den häufigsten Gesundheitsproblemen, die durch Sport verursacht werden. Dieses systematische Review fasst erstmals die Evidenz der letzten 5 Jahre zusammen, beleuchtet die aktuelle Studienlage und zeigt, wo zukünftige Forschung ansetzen sollte, um Verletzungen effektiv vorzubeugen.
