Zusammenfassung

Simulationsbasiertes Training (SBT) erfreut sich weltweit immer größerer Anerkennung und ist zu einem beliebten Instrument in der Ultraschall-Ausbildung geworden. Bei der Ultraschall-Simulation werden Technologie und Software eingesetzt, um eine virtuelle Trainingsumgebung zu schaffen. Das simulationsbasierte Training ermöglicht dem Mediziner das Erlernen, Üben und Verbessern seiner Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Ultraschall in einer sicheren Lernumgebung. SBT kann eine realistische und zielgerichtete Lernerfahrung bieten, die ein tiefes und umfassendes Verständnis für die Komplexität einer Ultraschall-Untersuchung schafft und die Kenntnisse und das Vertrauen in ein bestimmtes Interessengebiet verbessert. Die abdominale Ultraschall-Simulation ist ein Instrument zur Erhöhung der Patientensicherheit und kann eine kosteneffiziente Ausbildungsmethode sein. In diesem Beitrag geben wir einen Überblick über verschiedene Simulatortypen im Bereich des abdominalen Ultraschalls sowie über die Vorteile und Herausforderungen der SBT. Darüber hinaus stellen wir Beispiele für die Entwicklung von SBT-Programmen und Lernstrategien einschließlich des Mastery Learning vor.

Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass durch die steigende Nachfrage nach medizinischer Bildgebung die Notwendigkeit für den Einsatz von Ultraschall-Simulatoren für Mediziner gegeben ist, um mit den steigenden Standards Schritt zu halten.
