Retrograd gestielte Lappenplastiken der dorsalen Metakarpalarterien II–IV

Mithilfe der retrograd gestielten Lappenplastik der dorsalen Metakarpalarterien II–IV (DMCA) können Weichteildefekte des Fingerrückens und der distalen Hohlhandregion mit freiliegenden Sehnen, Knochen oder eröffneten Gelenken gedeckt werden.

Bei den retrograd gestielten Lappenplastiken der DMCA II–IV handelt es sich um zuverlässige und sichere Lappenplastiken zur Deckung von Defekten der Finger und der distalen Hohlhandanteile.

Die Operation erfordert eine saubere hand- und mikrochirurgische Präparationstechnik.

Es können hiermit sowohl einfache Weichteildefekte als auch komplexe Defekte mit frei liegenden Sehnen, Knochen und auch exponiert liegende Gelenke suffizient gedeckt werden.

Die Rekonstruktion der betroffenen verletzten Strukturen zusammen mit der DMCA-Lappenplastik ist in einer Operation möglich.

Frühzeitige postoperative Handtherapie ist in jedem Falle erforderlich, um seitens des Patienten eine suffiziente Handfunktion zu erlangen.
