Patientenkommunikation im Berufsalltag
Patient Communication in Everyday WorkDieser Artikel beleuchtet das Thema Kommunikation aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven, zeigt, wie wichtig neben dem gesprochenen Wort Körpersprache und Stimme sind, welchen (kommunikativen) Herausforderungen sich unsere Berufsgruppe alltäglich stellen muss und wie Patientenkommunikation erfolgreich gelingen kann.
Abstract
This article examines the topic of communication from different perspectives, shows how important body language and voice are in addition to the spoken word, what (communicative) challenges our professional group has to face on a daily basis and how patient communication can be successful.
