Der Pleuraerguss beim Pferd – Teil 1: Ätiologie, Pathogenese und Diagnose

Die klinischen Symptome sind bei einem Patienten mit Pleuraerguss häufig unspezifisch. Um den Erguss richtig einschätzen und behandeln zu können, bedarf es einer akkuraten und zeitnahen Diagnose. Kenntnisse über Ätiologie und Pathogenese sind essenziell, um die richtigen Rückschlüsse aus den ermittelten Befunden zu ziehen.
