Leitsymptom Schock: Klassifikation und klinische Relevanz

Die Leitbefunde des Schockes – Tachykardie und Hypotonie – sind alltägliche Symptome der klinischen Notfallmedizin. Zugrunde liegt eine Sauerstoffunterversorgung der Organe und des Gewebes. Da häufig ein potenziell letales Krankheitsbild zugrunde liegt, sind eine rasche Stabilisierung des Patienten und Ursachendiagnostik entscheidend. Dieser Beitrag gibt eine Übersicht über die Schockformen sowie die diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen.
