Rotatorenmanschette – Beratung wirkt

Bei Erkrankungen der Rotatorenmanschette wird ein Krafttraining zur Verbesserung der Muskelkraft als wichtiger Bestandteil in der Rehabilitation gesehen [1]. Kortison-Injektionen im subakromialen Raum müssen aufgrund der möglichen Nebenwirkungen abgewogen werden [2], [3]. Ziel dieser Studie war es, die Effektivität der verschiedenen Maßnahmen miteinander zu vergleichen.
