„Medical Screening“ von Notfallpatienten mit psychiatrischen Symptomen

Üblicherweise werden Notfallpatienten mit psychiatrischen Vorstellungssymptomen vor der stationären Aufnahme in der Akutpsychiatrie evaluiert. Die dazu benötigten somatischen und technischen Untersuchungen werden in Notfallzentren sehr heterogen gehandhabt und führen deshalb immer wieder zu interdisziplinären und interprofessionellen Diskussionen. Für diesen Artikel haben wir die aktuelle Evidenz zu dieser Thematik zusammengetragen, diskutieren uns wichtig erscheinende Aspekte und hoffen, dadurch einen Beitrag zur multiprofessionellen Verständigung zu leisten.
