Die MRT zählt mittlerweile zum Goldstandard bei vielen klinischen Fragen. Erkrankungen wie die akute Hirnblutung und deren komplexen Verlauf treten hierbei als Zufallsbefund in Erscheinung. Die Rolle und Verantwortung des MTRA wächst dabei in der täglichen Routine, der Teleradiologie und der Remote-Bedienung des MRT ständig weiter, da sie die Bilder als Erstes überprüfen. Umso wichtiger ist es, solch eine Blutung zu erkennen.

Abstract

MRI has become the gold standard for many clinical questions. Diseases such as acute cerebral hemorrhage and its complex course appear here as incidental findings. The role and responsibility of the Radiographer continues to grow in daily routine, teleradiology, and remote operation of the MRI, as they are the first to review the images. This makes it all the more important to recognize such a bleed.
