Manuel Zorzi et al. Adenoma detection by ndocuff-assisted versus standard colonoscopy in an organized screening program: the “ItaVision” randomized controlled trial

In a large multicenter randomized controlled trial performed in a fecal immunochemical test-based population screening program in Italy, Endocuff Vision improved not only the adenoma detection rate (ADR), but also detection of advanced adenomas and total adenomas per colonoscopy. On stratification for endoscopist ADR, only low detectors (ADR < 33.3 %) were found to benefit from Endocuff Vision use.
