Zukünftig wird es bedeutsam sein, Patienten vorab in unterschiedliche Erholungskategorien einzuteilen und anschließend mit sehr spezifischen Behandlungen zu versorgen. Das ist die Idee der Schlüsseltherapien. Bei bestimmten Problemstellungen (Schloss) benötigt man bestimmte Problemlösungen (Schlüssel). Der Artikel stellt mögliche Schlüsseltherapien für die Armrehabilitation vor.
