Strategien bei periinterventioneller Koronargefäßruptur – Schritt für Schritt

Periinterventionelle Koronarperforationen sind seltene, jedoch lebensbedrohliche Komplikationen – prädisponierende Faktoren sind u. a. komplexe Interventionen wie Bifurkationen und Myokardbiopsien. Der Schweregrad der Perforation kann dabei nach dem Ausmaß sowie der Lokalisation im Gefäß klassifiziert werden. Auf die Strategien, mit denen interventionelle Kardiologen vertraut sein sollten, wird im folgenden Beitrag eingegangen.
