Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Bei Neglect liegt eine multimodale Störung der räumlichen Wahrnehmung vor. Diese Störung beeinträchtigt die Augenmotilität und das Explorationsverhalten zur betroffenen Körper- und Raumseite. Neuropsychologische Testungen, sogenannte Pen-and-Paper-Tests, werden als Standard-Assessments verwendet. Im physiotherapeutischen Bereich wird die Catherine Bergego Scale (CBS) als validiertes Messinstrument zur Messung der motorischen Fähigkeiten herangezogen. Pen-and-Paper-Tests prüfen das Explorationsverhalten ausschließlich auf einem Blatt Papier, während die CBS das motorische Verhalten der Betroffenen aufgrund von Beobachtungen beurteilt. Der reale Explorationsradius unter Berücksichtigung des Lokalisierens von Objekten im Raum kann mit beiden Assessments nicht erhoben werden.
