Brustimplantatassoziiertes Lymphom und Laktation – eine seltene Kombination

Das brustimplantatassoziierte anaplastische großzellige Lymphom (BIA-ALCL) ist eine neue, sehr seltene Tumorentität. Seit einigen Jahren gibt es vermehrt Hinweise, dass Brustimplantate mit dem Auftreten eines anaplastischen großzelligen Lymphoms in Zusammenhang stehen können. Bisher sind 7 Fälle in Deutschland bekannt und beschrieben worden. Wir stellen den 8. Fall eines BIA-ALCL mit der Besonderheit des Auftretens während der Laktation vor.
