Akute Verletzungen des vorderen Schultergürtels

Einleitung

Akute Verletzungen der vorderen Anteile des Schultergürtels sind fast ausschließlich durch osteoligamentäre Läsionen der umgebenden Strukturen gekennzeichnet und bilden zusammen eine häufige Verletzungsentität in Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie. In aller Regel handelt es sich um Bandverletzungen des Schultereckgelenks (Akromioklavikulargelenk, ACG) mit entsprechenden Luxationsphänomenen sowie um Frakturen der Klavikula mit lokalisationsabhängig möglichen Bandläsionen. In ca. 10% aller Verletzungen des Schultergürtels muss aufgrund der häufig ursächlichen Hochrasanztraumata mit relevanten Begleitverletzungen gerechnet werden.

Im folgenden Kapitel werden die SOPs zu beiden Verletzungsarten erörtert. Auf die sehr seltenen Sternoklavikularluxationen wird aufgrund der geringen Inzidenz nicht eingegangen, wenngleich eine gewisse Analogie zu den Schultereckgelenkverletzungen besteht.
