In der Dermatologie gibt es wenig Notfälle, doch der Hot Spot – eine akut auftretende, ulzerative Hautläsion, die mit erheblichen Schmerzen einhergeht – gehört dazu. Wir zeigen, wie er optimal versorgt wird.
