Was anfangs nur bei Belastung schmerzt, führt später meist auch in Ruhe und beim morgendlichen Aufstehen zu Problemen – die Plantarfasziitis. Um zu vermeiden, dass sie chronifiziert, sind eine umfassende Diagnostik und eine rasche physiotherapeutische Behandlung wichtig. Einen Goldstandard gibt es für die Behandlung nicht. Der Artikel gibt einen Überblick über Behandlungs methoden und liefert passende Übungen für zu Hause.
