Verletzungen sind ärgerlich, Verletzungen bremsen Karrieren und Verletzungen gefährden den sportlichen Erfolg – nicht nur einzelner Spieler, oft auch eines ganzen Teams. Es gibt daher viele Gründe, schon vor dem Wettkampf – besser noch vor der Saison – herauszufinden, wo die größten Gefahren lauern.
