Am 18. Juni 2018 veröffentlichte die Weltgesundheitsorganisation die 11. Version der „Internationalen Klassifikation psychischer Störungen“ (ICD-11). Welche grundlegenden Neuerungen im Bereich der belastungsbezogenen psychischen Störungen vorgenommen wurden und welche Instrumente zur Diagnostik zur Verfügung stehen, wird in diesem Beitrag dargestellt.
