Die transseptale Punktion – Schritt für Schritt

Die transseptale Punktion ist zu einem Routineeingriff in der invasiven Elektrophysiologie und Kardiologie geworden. Sie dient primär dem Zugang zum linken Vorhof, zum Beispiel für linksatriale Ablationen, LAA-Occluderimplantationen oder den perkutanen Mitralklappeneingriff. Unter Einhaltung eines strukturierten Ablaufs ist die transseptale Punktion sicher, komplikationsarm und ausschließlich unter Durchleuchtung durchführbar.
