Die Kodierung der Beatmungsstunden einer NIV bei intensivmedizinisch versorgten Patienten ist aktuell Gegenstand intensiver Diskussionen und juristischer Verfahren. Im Jahre 2013 hatten der VPK und die DGP ein Positionspapier zu dieser Thematik erstellt, das bereits alle wesentlichen Inhalte enthält, die aktuell infrage gestellt werden [1].
