Abstract
DNA-encoded libraries (DELs) have enabled the screening of dual-pharmacophore libraries but have thus far not allowed the recombination of those fragments after each round of selection. Herein we report the screening of suprabodies, a macromolecular PNA–DNA structure, which allow the shuffling of the library fragments after each round of selection. This technology has been applied to the discovery of new PD-L1 ligands.
